Software License

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this agreement, meetinginsight.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, install, and use the meetinginsight.ai software on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes.

Permitted Use

You may:

• Install and use meetinginsight.ai on multiple devices you own
• Use meetinginsight.ai for personal and professional document analysis
• Create and retain any outputs generated by the software

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software or its source code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the software to build a competing product or service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software
• Sublicense, lease, or lend the software to third parties

Intellectual Property

The software and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of meetinginsight.ai. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the software. Your documents and data remain your property at all times.

Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. meetinginsight.ai does not warrant that the software will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements. AI-generated insights should be reviewed and verified before being relied upon for decision-making.

Termination

This licence is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software in your possession.
