How Insights Work

When you upload documents, the local AI model reads through the content and identifies key information categories: action items, risks, decisions, financial highlights, and strategic points.

Insight Categories

• Action Items — Tasks and follow-ups identified in your documents
• Risks — Potential concerns, warnings, or areas requiring attention
• Decisions — Key decisions made or pending approval
• Financial — Budget figures, variances, and financial highlights
• Strategic — Long-term plans, objectives, and strategic initiatives

Priority Levels

Each insight is assigned a priority level (high, medium, or low) based on urgency and relevance. High-priority insights appear first, helping you focus on what matters most for your meeting preparation.

Privacy

All insight generation happens on your device. The AI model runs locally via Ollama, so your confidential board materials are never sent to external servers.
