Supported Formats

meetinginsight.ai supports the most common document formats used in board packs and governance materials:

• PDF documents (.pdf)
• Microsoft Word (.docx)
• Plain text files (.txt)

Uploading Documents

You can upload documents by dragging and dropping them into meetinginsight.ai or by using the upload button in the document manager. Documents are processed locally on your device — nothing is sent to external servers.

Organising by Meeting

Group your documents by meeting or board to keep materials organised. Each meeting folder acts as a separate workspace with its own context for AI analysis.

Document Processing

When you upload a document, meetinginsight.ai extracts the text content and creates vector embeddings for intelligent search. This process runs entirely on your machine using Ollama and typically takes a few seconds per document.
